Limited Power of Attorney

Maryland Evictions Online is a Calhoun Properties Group LLC company. We will represent you in the District Court of Maryland; therefore, you need to provide us with Limited Power of Attorney. This Limited Power of Attorney will cover all notices & court filings you place with us.

I, {name-1} (property owner’s name), owner of {text-1} (rental property) hereby appoint Calhoun Properties Group, LLC, or their representative agents to appear for me and on my behalf, and on behalf of any corporation or legal entity with which I am affiliated; to do all acts which I could do, if personally present for Summary Ejectment proceedings in the District Court of Maryland. I hereby authorize Calhoun Properties Group, LLC to say, do, and transact all matters and things whatsoever in connection with the District Court of Maryland Summary Ejectment cases, as if I did so myself. I fully understand and acknowledge that Calhoun Properties Group, LLC acts as my Agent and NOT as an attorney. If I have any legal issues to discuss, I will consult my own attorney.

I hereby affirm that all information supplied by me or by my employees/agents to Calhoun Properties Group, LLC is truthful and accurate and may be relied upon by them. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calhoun Properties Group, LLC and their employees for all actions taken on my behalf in the performance of their duties as our Landlord Representative/ Court Agents. I hereby ratify and confirm any and all actions lawfully taken by agents pursuant to this agreement. I further guarantee payment to Calhoun Properties Group, LLC for all costs and expenses incurred in the consideration of the performance of their duties hereunder.

This Agreement is made effective from the signed date below and valid for 60/days or until termination of this Agreement.
