New Baltimore City Rent Court

The new Baltimore City District Court for rent court cases is now located at 500 North Calvert Street, having moved from its previous location at 501 East Fayette Street on October 14, 2025. Landlord-tenant cases, which include “rent court” for “failure to pay rent” issues, are handled here.
