I manage the entire process of applying for and renewing rental licenses, ensuring full compliance with the latest licensing laws and regulations across all municipalities, cities, and counties in Maryland for our Property Owners.

This involves staying informed about any changes in these laws and regulations to ensure our clients stay compliant. I maintain precise and current records of all licenses, inspections, and related documents, organizing and storing them in a manner that allows for easy retrieval.

My role also includes liaising with various licensing authorities to resolve issues or clarify requirements, ensuring smooth communication and resolution. Additionally, I regularly communicate the status and requirements of licenses to the relevant authorities in Maryland's municipalities, cities, and counties, ensuring they are well-informed and that we with our clients remain compliant with all local requirements.

My responsibilities are crucial in obtaining required Rental Licenses in a timely manner to enable owners to pursue legal actions against their tenants.
