Here are the instructions for completing the necessary information to initiate the Failure to Pay process.

Please ensure to fill out all the information that can be brought up to the court; especially if there are outstanding repairs the tenant can complain about in court, or anything the tenant can put against you in the court. Ensure to submit all the needed requirements to file the case; lease, ledger (applies for FTP cases), and rental license (if your county required).
